Restore DC: Enhanced Business Information Center (e-BIC)

The Enhanced Business Information Center (e-BIC) provides DC small businesses and entrepreneurs with training, consulting, and cutting-edge computer software that help their businesses become successful. In one central location and through business-related agency and organizational partners in DC, the e-BIC provides access to the following small business resources:

Monthly training courses: Training course descriptions and online training calendar
Counseling
Office resources
Monthly updates on opportunities for small businesses
Referrals to other small business resource providers in Washington DC

In November 2006, e-BIC created an online survey to find out what DC shoppers, residents and workers want from their local vendors in downtown DC. Read the survey results*.

Location, Hours, and Contact Information

Location: Martin Luther King, Jr Memorial Library, 901 G Street, NW. The e-BIC Business Center is located on the first level of the library and the e-BIC Video Conference Center is located on the A (lower) Level.
Hours: 9:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday
Transportation: The e-BIC is located across the street from Gallery Place Metro Station (Red, Green, and Yellow lines) and two blocks from Metro Center Station (Red, Orange, and Blue lines). Free parking is also available.
