Twelve free monthly classes on starting and running a small business. Course information is available through an online course calendar and through a monthly announcement mailed to DC DOCS subscribers.
On-site counselors two days a week from the Service Corps of Retired Executives (SCORE) and Operation Hope
Referrals to all of DC’s other small business resource providers
Guidance on key financing and technical resources for small businesses in DC

Access to the internet and business software through ten workstations
Office space for meeting with clients and for networking

Access to hundreds of sample business plans through Business Plan Pro Software (loaded on all computers)
